My journey in strength training began at 12 years old, and I’ve spent much of my life in gyms and on athletic fields—places that shaped me mentally and physically. By my sophomore year of college, I dreamed of owning a gym to help others experience the same transformation.
At SOBO, we believe health and fitness are essential rights, yet they’re often overlooked in today’s world. Our mission is to change that by building a supportive community where prioritizing your well-being comes first.
Whether you’re aiming to enhance athletic performance, move pain-free, or simply feel stronger, we’re here to guide you—as coaches, friends, and professionals—toward lifelong health and fitness success.
