This is a low effort, rehab and recovery class. Focusing on stretches for the ankles, hips, spine, and shoulders. As well as strengthening and isolating different muscle groups that commonly get neglected in sedentary lifestyles. This class is especially great for beginners because, it’s a simple stepping stone to start strengthening the core foundations of your body, there’s no better starting place for strength. With a new program designed for the group every 8-12 weeks, Barbell Series is perfect for anyone wanting to get strong and confident with the barbell. This class requires individual work first before joining.

A combo of kettlebell skills and mobility training in one. This class is strength focused, but targets low to mild intensity, expanding range of motion, and dials in on the quality of your movement.
