introductions & assessment

After you submit your inquiry, our coaches will reach out and get a better understanding of your needs, goals, and availability. Receive movement assessments so we have a better understanding of your baseline data. From here, we create a personalized training program and start the journey. Whether you have pain or strength focused goals, we can get you there.

Individualized program

After your consultation, it’s time to put in the work! Using the data collected from our assessments we will build you a customized program to strengthen weak links, train with progressive overload principles, and practice the safest science based coaching techniques. We constantly reassess the program every session and every 6-8 weeks adjust the program to progress or regress based on the data collected.

Accountability & support

We are here for you every step of the way. The relationship between a Coach and Client is very important to us. We want you to succeed! It's why we are in this industry. We often email and text with clients outside of sessions answering health and fitness related questions for our clients as part of our commitment to you. The other members who share the space add to the supportive environment. You make like minded friends that are local to your area and help to motivate you. Consistency is the name of the game, let’s make it easier together.
